PBMS is a unique phone bill management system created and developed by Acorna Solution to help you better manage the phone bills of your employees, and enable your employees to easily distinguish personal and business phone calls in their monthly bills.


PBMS is directed to enterprises that provide their employees with phone line, either land lines or mobile lines, and need to separate the business calls from the personal calls that the employees make using these lines. PBMS provides you with an interface for your employees to view the phone calls included in their monthly phone bills, mark these numbers are either personal or professional, and submit the bills to the administrator. PBMS automatically calculates the cost of personal and professional calls separately for ease of billing. You will be able to view complete reports about the detailed phone bills of your employees, and monitor their use of the phone lines.


PBMS has a powerful import tool that enables you to easily and efficiently import the phone bills from text files into the system's database. PBMS comes with a comprehensive administrative interface that allows you to control the features and behavior of the system.


PBMS allows each user to keep a Personal Phone Book to store the personal numbers in, in addition to providing a centralized official phone book where all the official numbers are stored. And when new bills arrive, PBMS automatically marks the numbers in the bill as Personal or Business according to the personal and official phone books. Users can change the default marking of the calls, and can easily add new numbers included in the bill to either their personal phone book or the official phone book.
